Now only a year from its scheduled debut, Deakin Law School’s new home is rapidly approaching completion.
The building has now reached its full eight story height with the roof now being waterproofed. Works like painting, framing and mechanical services rough-ins are progressing internally on levels 1-6, as is construction on the premium learning space structure and the outdoor plaza area.
The new building will create a law and business precinct, providing convenience and a more tangible community for students and staff alike. Dedicated Law facilities such as moot courts will complement the building’s shared learning and study spaces.
