Deakin Law School is proud to host a launch for new publication by lecturer, Dr Tamsin Paige, entitled, “Petulant and Contrary: Approaches by the Permanent Five Members of the UN Security Council to the Concept of ‘threat to the peace’ under Article 39 of the UN Charter“.

The book will be introduced by Professor Robert McLaughlin who is Professor of Military Security Law and Director of Conflict and Society, a research centre at UNSW Canberra.

Further words will be spoken by Professor Dale Stephens of Adelaide Law School.
