The Aurora Internship Program supports the professional development of students and graduates by building career experiences and opportunities in the sector, and strengthens the capacity of Indigenous sector organisations by attracting and retaining talented Indigenous and non-Indigenous recruits.
Interns provide much needed assistance to under-resourced organisations, while also gaining practical experience and a ‘foot in the door’ to career opportunities in the sector. We pride ourselves on having a transformative impact on the organisations we support and on the career aspirations of our internship alumni.
